Monthly or yearly billing

You can pay monthly or yearly, per licence.

The difference

Yearly is 15% cheaper than paying monthly across the same twelve months — twelve months at the monthly rate, less 15%. Nothing else changes: same licences, same access.

Both prices are shown on the Billing page before you commit, so you can see the actual numbers for your own mix of roles rather than working it out yourself.

Which to choose

If your team size is settled, yearly is simply cheaper.

If you are still growing or still trialling the platform, monthly keeps you flexible. You can move to yearly once things stabilise.
