Your organisation profile
Open Organisation to edit your name, logo, address, contact details and industry. Owners and managers can edit it; everyone can see it.
Your organisation is created when you register. Open Organisation to keep its details current.
What you can set
- Name — how your organisation appears throughout the platform.
- Logo — shown in your workspace.
- Address — street, city, state, postcode and country.
- Phone.
- Industry and sub-industry — the closest description of what you do.
Changes apply immediately for everyone in the organisation, not just you.
Industry and sub-industry
You already chose these when you registered, so this is usually a change rather than a first entry.
The sub-industry list stays disabled until you pick an industry, because sub-industries hang off the industry above them.
Pick the closest match. If nothing fits exactly, choose the nearest one — it describes your organisation on its profile, and nothing else keys off it, so an imperfect match costs you nothing.
Who can edit it
Owners and managers. Everyone in the organisation can view it.
