Your account

Everything about your own account lives under Settings, across three tabs: Profile, Security and Preferences.

Password

Signed in? Change it under Settings → Security. Passwords must be at least 8 characters.

Forgot your password

Use Forgot password on the login page. We email you a code, not a link — you enter the code along with your new password.

The code expires after 10 minutes, so request it when you are ready to use it. If the email never arrives, check spam and confirm you are using the address you were invited on.

Notification emails

Under Settings → Preferences, two independent switches:

• Email notifications — the per-event emails.
• Weekly digest — the weekly summary.

Both are per-user. Turning them off affects you only, not your team.

In-app notifications

You also get notifications inside the platform — for things like an invitation being sent or a member being removed. They are separate from the email switches above.

What you cannot change here

Your role and your organisation. Those belong to your owner — see Roles and permissions.
